Description:
Sketching Showcase is a one-day presentation of sketches created during Artus live drawing events.
The showcase brings together a sketch exhibition with a relaxed social setting, offering visitors the opportunity to view original works, meet the artists, and enjoy an additional experience around the exhibition.
All artworks are sketches produced during Artus sessions and are exhibited unframed.
Artists have the option to sell their artworks during the showcase.
This is not a workshop and not a formal gallery opening.

By participating in or attending the Sketching Showcase organised by Artus, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Artist Participation
Participation is open only to artists who have attended an Artus live drawing event.
All submitted artworks must have been created during an Artus event.
Artworks will be exhibited unframed.
Artus reserves the right to curate the final selection and placement of artworks within the space.
2. Artwork Sales
Artists may choose to offer their artworks for sale during the event.
Pricing and sales are handled directly by the artist unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Artus is not responsible for transactions, payments, or agreements between artists and buyers unless explicitly stated.
3. Optional Artist Support
Any support contribution from artists is optional.
Choosing not to contribute does not affect participation or visibility in the showcase.
4. Visitors & Entrance
Entrance fee is €5, including one glass of wine.
Additional drinks are available at the bar.
Artus reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving disrespectfully or disrupting the event.
5. Artwork Handling & Liability
Artists are responsible for the delivery and collection of their artworks within the agreed time frame.
While reasonable care will be taken, Artus is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to artworks during the event.
Artists participate at their own risk.
6. Photography & Media
Artus may document the event for promotional purposes, respecting participant consent.
7. Event Changes
Artus reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or format if necessary.
In the event of cancellation or major changes, participants will be informed in advance where possible.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of the artist application form or attendance at the event implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
