Event Overview

Sketching Summer 2026 is a 4-day creative sketching retreat organized by Artus, taking place at Val’s Place near Polis Chrysochous, Cyprus.

The retreat includes drawing sessions with live models, creative activities, shared meals, and a final exhibition for Full Pass participants.

Ticket Types

Full Pass

The Full Pass provides access to the entire retreat program (4 days) including:

  • all drawing sessions

  • retreat activities

  • meals included in the program

  • participation in the final exhibition

Day Pass

Day Pass tickets provide access to one selected day only.

Day Pass participants:

  • join the day’s sessions and activities

  • receive materials and meals for that day

  • are not eligible to participate in the final exhibition

Photography and Privacy

Photography and mobile phones are not permitted during live nude model sessions.

Event photography or video may be captured during the retreat for documentation and promotional purposes.

By attending the event, participants consent to the use of event photographs or video footage for Artus promotional and communication purposes.

Participants who prefer not to appear in photos may inform the organizers.

 Age Requirement

Sketching Summer is strictly for participants aged 18 and over.

Some sessions include live nude models, which are a traditional practice in art education.

 Respectful Environment

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior toward models, participants, or organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.

 Accommodation

Camping at the venue is optional.

Camping options may include:

  • bring your own tent

  • tent rental on site

Camping fees are charged per tent, not per person.

Participants arranging external accommodation are responsible for their own transport.

 Cancellation Policy

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event.

After that date:

  • tickets may be transferred to another participant

  • refunds are not guaranteed

If the event must be cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of their ticket price.

Program Changes

The event program may be adjusted if necessary due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or logistical factors.

The overall retreat experience will remain equivalent.

Liability

Participants attend the retreat at their own responsibility.

The organizers are not responsible for:

  • personal belongings

  • injuries resulting from negligence

  • travel arrangements to and from the venue

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending Sketching Summer 2026, participants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
